GAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

It's Rue McLanahan...BACK FROM THE DEAD!!!

Please, please, please tell me she's in costume for a role in Stephenesque's Operetta, "Wigoletto."
Or maybe doing a stage adaptation of "Priscilla: Queen of the Desert."

I don't mean to be unkind, which is why I fully expect the answer to one of the above questions to be "yes."

Holy mother of...

It's a cautionary tale, innit. Exercise, eat healthy stuff, take your vitamins, stay out of the sun and don't take bad make-up advice, kids, or you'll end up looking like THIS.

She looks nothing like Menino, so can't be in my opera.

Then...she really looks like that? Voluntarily?

Stephen, thou hast cleft my heart in twain.

Wait...there's still hope for Priscilla!

Andraste, Muffy was just on over in Twenty's blog, apparently Ghosty was almost shot over in Laos, poor Muff got a terrible bloody fright too. But she's all right, shook up I'd imagine. It is in the comments.

Lindy - you classic movie fiend you. I love that. I just sat my husband down to watch Philadelphia Story - his first time, my eleventybillionth. Brilliant stuff...but you have to admit some of the acting is stiff. I HATE movie re-makes, but I think with the right cast of unknowns, somebody could do a pretty good job with it. It's fantabulous stuff...

I am indeed a classic movie fiend... it's a great addiction! Cary Grant and Kate Hepburn are sublime in the Philadelphia Story! "Oh, so we're going to talk about me again? Goody!" Some of the acting might be a bit out of date now, but most of them hold up pretty well -- and they're so much better than the shite Hollywood is spewing forth these days... Andraste, you just keep getting cooler!

I hope that coat looked better on you than it did on me. I couldn't bring myself to wear it...too much like...oh, I don't know...Kristy McNichol dressed like Sophia Loren, if you know what I mean. It's a fantastic piece of clothing, though.
