I'm telling you Sweetie, there is no right answer, that is why for most of the year I work strictly alone.( it is also why I got fired from pretty much every job I was in*).

My vote's with idiots. Far worse, more irritating, and generally useless. Assholes, in my experience, may ruin your day, but they get the job done. More or less.
I'd hire an asshole to walk my dog, but not an idiot. My qualification system is quit simple.
